How often have you taken your bike to the local shop for a service or repair, only for the work not to be done correctly or at all?
Told it would take 2-3 days & two weeks later you're still waiting for your bike back??
Annoying to put it politely isn't it.
I spent the last several years in the cycle industry working for other people, but never really happy with how things were done, mainly within the workshops. Some say I'm picky, I just like things done properly!
